This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Kollectiv mobile application (the "Kollectiv App") which hosts the Kollectiv Clubs and uses the Kollectiv Feed any website operated by Kollectiv (including www.kollectiv.io) (the "Kollectiv Website(s)") and the services we
provide that are accessible via any of them (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be stored and processed by us.

exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other health-related information through your device's sensors or connected wearable devices. This information helps us track and verify eligible movement to award rewards and tickets.

Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Strava etc)

platforms, data brokers, or information resellers
• We will not use health data obtained through these integrations for advertising or
